The Brunot Preserve is a Newtown Forest Association property located on the western side of Newtown on Taunton Hill Rd.

Directions

From northern Newtown: Take Route 25 north past Hawleyville Road and turn left on Taunton Road. Follow Tauton Road until it ends at Taunton Hill Road and make a right turn. Brunot Preserve in on the right side about one half mile past the intersection with Plumtrees Road. Look for the Forest Association sign.

From southern Newtown: Take Route 302 west towards Bethel, and take a right onto Taunton Hill Road at traffic light. The Brunot Preserve is about a mile up the road on the left side. Look for the Forest Association sign.
