June 13-14 - Family Campout

It's that time again! Join us on Saturday and Sunday, June 13-14 at the Hoyt Boy Scout Camp in Redding for our final pack meeting and annual family campout. See the campout page for the list of activities, the first-time camper's checklist, directions to the campground and the registration form.

Please make sure to complete the online registration form to help get the headcount together for the meals, and send your completed registration form to Pat Boily by June 5^th.

Oct. 26 - Halloween Hayride

Our Fourth Annual Halloween Hayride and Bonfire will be held on Sunday, October 26, from 5:30-8:00 PM at Castle Hill Farm on Sugar Lane (off of Route 302).

Oct. 4 - Pack Hike in Oxford

Mark Silverman will be leading our first hike of the year on Saturday, October 4th at Southford Falls State Park in Oxford. We'll start at 9:00 and be hiking about 1 1/2 miles, with a fire tower along the way. There's also a pond with good fishing (permit required).

September 22 - First Pack Meeting

We're going to start the year off on Monday (9/22) with our first Pack meeting--we'll be meeting in the cafeteria of Newtown Middle School (NOT Sandy Hook School) on Queen St. We will be gathering at 6:30 PM and the meeting starts promptly at 6:45 PM. Park in the left-side lot and enter the side doors to the cafeteria.

Cody Foss of the Fitness Loft will be our special guest. For new families, don't worry about not having your son's uniform complete by this meeting.
